Ferrari World

Ferrari World, Abu Dahbi

Ferrari world is a 1,000,000 sqft leisure amusement park and retail development, which was completed in 2010. It comprises of 3,000,000 sqft of retail mall space within new Has Island and Raha Beach.

China World Trade Centre

China World Trade Centre

The world trade centre in Beijing, China is approximately 1.5million sqft of mixed-use commercial, retail and leisure offices. The development opened in 2008, where Carl designed the interior and exterior of the building.

McLaren

McLaren Formula 1 Headquarters

Situated in Woking, United Kingdom, the McLaren Formula 1 Headquarters is a research and development building for the design of the Formula 1 and McLaren road cars. The design process included a wind tunnel, surrounding lakes, the landscape, and ecological and sustainable infrastructure. The project comprised of approximately 700,000sqft, and was completed between 1998 and 2004.

Lusail

Lusail City, Qatar

This development in Qatar is among the latest of Carl’s projects. It is set to be a mixed-use residential, retail, commercial and leisure development with a $1.45 billion construction cost. Completion is set for 2022 in time for the football World Cup.

1 Tower Place, London

1 Tower Place is a commercial office development in London, comprising of 700,000 sqft of office space. The development was completed 2002 and stands adjacent to the historic Tower of London. The approximate construction cost was £3,000,000.

bluewater

Bluewater Shopping Centre

Bluewater Shopping Centre is 17.8 miles south-east of London's centre. The complex opened on 16 March 1999 in a former chalk quarry after three years of building, the site including car parks occupies 240 acres and has a sales floor area of 154,000 m2 over two levels, making it the fourth-largest shopping centre in the UK.

Battersea Power Station

Battersea Power Station

The refurbishment and construction of Battersea Power Station is being held over 3 phases of works beginning in 2013 and expected to end in 2019. The area of the site is 16 Hectares, consisting of 4,000 units of residential offices, with the retail part of the existing power station being retained.

kowloon

Kowloon Station

The Kowloon Station in Hong Kong comprises of 12,000,000 sqft of retail, commercial, residential, office, hotel and podium development above the new rail and underground network. The project includes 16 towers, 6000 residential units, 2,000 hotel units, 2,000 serviced apartments, 2.5 million sqft of office space, 1 million sqft of retail space, as well as the Element shopping mall.

Caspian Waterfront, Baku, Azerbaijan

This development is a mixed-use leisure/retail development on the historic boulevard in Baku. The size of the development is 1,200,000 sqft and cost $240m USD.

ION Orchard

ION Orchard, Singapore

The Orchard development in Singapore is a mixed-use retail and residential leisure development, with a 54-storey residential tower and retail mall scaling an area of 1 million sqft. The development was completed 2009 and cost around £150,000,000.

Ocean Plaza, Kiev, Ukraine

Ocean Plaza is a retail shopping mall, consisting of 800,000 sqft of retail and leisure shopping mall. Construction cost around £100,000,000 and was completed in 2013. Carl held the position of Executive exterior and interior Designer.

The Westfield Shopping Centre in London is the largest Retail leisure development in the UK, comprising of 1.6 million sqft of retail space. The project was completed in 2008 and had a total cost of around £1.6bn.
