The apartment scheme will incorporate a market mix of residential units, which includes studio apartments and 1 and 2-bedroom flats.

    The site is triangular in shape and comprises approximately 0.64 acres (0.27 ha) in size and comprises mostly hardstanding ground, used for access and parking. There is one vacant, two-storey warehouse located on the south west boundary of the site and this is formed of four units.

    Railway lines border the site on the west and northern boundaries of the site, with nine rail arches situated under the railway lines opposite the northern boundary.

    The site has development potential for up to 100 homes and 7,100 sq ft of commercial floor space.

    The site is rectangular and linear in shape and comprises approximately 2.3 acres (0.95 ha). In keeping with its existing use, the site consists of warehouse units, storage areas and paved areas for parking. Access to the site is via Station Approach, which connects the site to the High Street as the main arterial route through the town.

    The railway borders the site to the east, whilst Station car parking is situated to the north. Trees border the site to the west and south, acting as a buffer to the surrounding residential development giving the site a capacity for up to 37 residential units and 12,400 sq ft – 12,900 sq ft of commercial floor space.

    The site comprises approximately 0.3 acres (0.12 ha) separated into two plots, bisected by a railway viaduct. The surrounding land is predominantly residential in use with an area of light industrial/ warehouse (B1/B8) to the north, and a recreation ground to the west.

    The site can be accessed via Tilbury Road, which intersects the two land parcels. Alternatively, access is via Coopers Lane to the south (for the south parcel) or High Road Leyton (for the north parcel).

    Based on initial architect studies the potential development capacity on the site is 33 homes and 3,600 – 5,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation.

    The site is rectangular and linear in shape, with a railway viaduct running parallel to the southern boundary of the site which includes 18 railway arches, none of which are currently in use.

    The site fronts Silwood Street and is an established residential area which has seen significant recent residential development including the area immediately opposite the site.

    Architect feasibility studies have indicated that the site has capacity for around 4 blocks, of 3-6 storeys, providing circa 50-70 homes.

    The site is approximately 2.1 acres (0.85 ha), rectangular and linear in shape and is bordered to the north by the railway tracks. Access is via Southborough Road and the commercial units are all currently occupied, each with a landlord break option for redevelopment.

    Potential development capacity for the site is up to 46 homes, with a mix of terraced housing and apartments, including the reconfiguration of the existing station car parking.
