Imperial Corporate Capital concludes its London Delta Offering

In 2016, Imperial Corporate Capital PLC launched its first investment offering to raise funds for projects surrounding the Elizabeth Line in central London. This provided a launchpad for ICC to acquire sites that had been sourced to have substantial GDV potential surrounding the Crossrail area.
The London Delta Offering
Since launching the London Delta Offering in 2016, ICC has grown exponentially, sourcing and acquiring several sites with some of the best returns available in the current market.
Despite the COVID 19 pandemic, ICC has continued to repay its investors and work with local authorities to obtain planning permission for its sites.
Investors repaid with interest
ICC is now proud to announce its £5.6m London Delta Offering has now concluded with all investors repaid with interest.
