Looking for a reliable investment in 2017, I read ICC’s Information Memorandum. I was impressed by their track record and appreciation for the need for housing in locations within easy commuting distance of London. This impressed me so I invested for a three-year period. During this time, I received updates on the companies building progress and future intentions. I found them to be prompt at replying to any query I had, although there were few queries during the three years of my investment, and at the end of the bond term I received the full investment value and interest without a hitch. With my experience of ICC, I can fully recommend them as an efficient and reliable investment.
